About Us:

With our background in dairy farming that spans six generations, we decided to create Noble Brothers as a way to share our premium dairy products with the community. We are both Wisconsin licensed cheesemakers with over a decade of experience in manufacturing premium dairy products, and currently have the only licensed dairy manufacturing plant in Racine County. Noble Brothers includes The Burger Shop and The Waterford Creamery (formerly Uncle Harry’s) with a planned expansion to include the area’s only cheese factory, coming soon.
