Located on the Fox River in the heart of Rochester, Wisconsin, we are a women owned and operated full-service healing space. We offer Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Reiki, Coaching Programs, Compassionate Peer Support for Mental Health, Special Celestial Events, a full Apothecary Mind, Body & Soul Crystal Shop, and much more.

We have a mission to help our community become well, Mind, Body and Soul. We do this through education, communication, sharing a safe space with guests and providing easy access to many healing modalities and tools.
