Located on the Fox River in the heart of Rochester, Wisconsin, we are a women owned, full-service healing space. We offer Yoga, Tai Chi, Meditation, Reiki, Coaching Programs, Compassionate Peer Support for Mental Health, Special Health and Wellness Events, a full Apothecary Crystal Shop, and much more.

We have a mission to help our community become proactive with their personal care, Mind, Body and Soul. We do this through education, community outreach, sharing a safe space with guests and providing easy access to many alternative healing modalities and tools.

Riverside Studio hosts many events that allow participants to connect, learn, grow and receive. We love our community and having creative fun, as well as finding our own inner Light so we can shine bright!
